Ingredi
Chicken breasts (i used boneless & skinless)
1 medium onion chopped fine
1/2 onion sliced thin
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Whole pepper - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
Curry leaves
Method:-
In a non stick kadai pour a little oil and when it becomes hot add the mustardseeds, cumin seeds, whole peppers and the curry leaves followed by the chopped onions .
Let the onions cook well then add the ginger garlic paste, whole pepper and garam masala and stir well and
Serve it hot with rice or rotis.
